Shimano Slx 11-speed rear derailleur Trans-X adjustable dropper post with (upgraded) Wolftooth ST lever. Includes flat pedals as well as Crank Brothers Acid clipless. ODI/Sdg lock-on grips. Everything is very matchy-matchy! Front tire is set up to less with Muc-Off valve stem. Rear wheel has a small dent shown in last pic, but will set up tubeless just fine. There is a tube in it now, but the valve stem is included. Bike is waaay nicer than it came from the factory with all of the upgrades
