Safety Recall: Norco Bicycle Frames. Please read!
Yes they will. The shop might argue it but just e-mail Norco. I did and they said no problem. With a recall you don't need the receipt. They are protecting themselves from future lawsuits and will not get picky. If you ride one and it breaks you could sue Norco and not need a receipt to do it.

Oh, sorry. The seat is off a shore 3 and they had one set up just like that in Nelson.
