The Carbon Snabb Ridden in Three Different Ways - Video
Hi guys, sorry for making you confused. The original title was kind of different, but the PB editorial change it to make it more clear. That's the way we name the Snabb bikes: "T" for trail, "E" for enduro. We're still a bit conservative about the e-bikes ;-)

How is it that NS Bikes has time to use social media but not return customers emails concerning defective products(2016 Clash frame). Your website only has one contact page for customers. No other email addresses are listed on the NS bikes website, nor are there links to a warranty department email address. Should I expect CS to be as defective as my manufacturer defective 2016 Clash frame that had the seattube bored out to fix a bulge from a weld where the seattube meets the toptube, that ended up making the walls of the seattube very thin, which could lead to injury for the rider? A bike mechanic at a popular and reputable local online retailer checked the frame over and wrote you about it over a week ago --NS Bikes has not replied to my warranty issue for a week now as well!
