Yeti Dj Medium Complete Bike

$650 GBP
For sale is my complete and working Yeti DJ. (Description at the bottom of the advert) All components have been owned by myself from new and looked after according to my standards. ACTUAL SPEC: Frame: 2011 Yeti DJ in Medium Headset: Hope Tapered Forks: Rock Shox Pike 426 Brakes: Hope Race X2 Evos Rotors: Hope Race X2 Lightweight (160mm F) (140mm R) Wheelset: MTX Sun Rims on Hope Pro 2s Stem: Renthal Strata Duo Bars: Renthal FatBar Grips: Renthal Kevlar Tyres: Schwalbe Nobbly Nick (F) and Racing Ralf (R) Chainring: Middleburn 36t Mech: SRAM X-9 Cranks: Shimano Saint Pedals: NC17 Seatpost: Thomson Elite Post Clamp: Thomson Chain Guide: E-13 LG1 Trail SS Chain: SRAM PC1 Nickel Cassette: Shimano Rear Axle: Hope QR Saddle: Bioflex Carbon Inner Tubes: Schwalbe 26" I bought the frame brand new from Rutland Cycles at the end of 2012 (It had been sat unsold in their storage since 2011). It has had a very easy life as it took me the best part of 2012 to actually build the bike up for use. Unfortunately, it has only be used a handful of times at Woburn Sands as I went away to University in London. The bike does have a few marks from sitting in the garage and my van but nothing considerable or anything that could be considered 'damage'. The forks have a rubbing mark on the crown which you can see on the picture which includes the whole bike. As it took a good amount of time to build up the bike a reasonable amount of the components have only recently been fitted to the bike... The tyres are essentially brand new with full tread. The brakes have seen similar use so should be considered 'near new'. The stem, bars, seat post, seat post clamp, headset and chain guide are all near new. There are no issues with any of the bearings on the bike (Hubs/Headset/BB) The rims do have some dings on them as they were removed from my previous hard tail - they are structurally sound and will not crack or break. I have had the forks since they were brand new and I have had no issues with them in their life time and have been serviced to my personal satisfaction over the years. (They are travel adjustable from 70mm to 140mm) The cranks have shoe marks on them as they are well used having come from my previous bike however these Saints seem to never have a problem with longevity of use. The bottom bracket has marks from installation and removal but no serious damage. The Thomson seat post is still at full length so can be raised to a fair height to accommodate a reasonably tall person should they wish to use the bike for XC. The grips have had good use on my downhill bike but the more use these kevlar grips have the more 'tacky' they become and the more grippy they are. The bars have been cut down to 780mm and they have a 20mm rise. - This is probably the widest bar size you would want on a hard tail - they are very easy to cut down further with laser etched markings for guidance. Included in the sale is a spare left hand rear adjustable dropout. Please feel free to contact me with any questions - I will reply as soon as I can. Thanks for looking, Oliver P.S. Shipping is included in the price.

40 foot gap, I landed awkwardly, bottomed out and got thrown to the side. My knee got sliced by a flint. My kneecap was on my shin! lol

Just saw this on SDH, it's really nice, love the Curnutt shock. I have saints on my Predator and am looking to change them because of the weight, are the new saints not as heavy as they old ones?
