Hey, I was lurking the Old riders..But Not Old School Thread and noticed your bike request. You should check out the Santa Cruz TR. The TR is your typical VPP bike. Pedals great. Great on rocks and square edged hits. Feels like it has more travel than it does and it's very stable. It's a true DHs XC Bike. Hell, thats what they market it as on their website.

Same owner. At least Derrick owns a percentage of both. I prefer pure for the adults working there, the proximity to me, and the head wrench is the roommate of a good friend fo mine. I intend to be in there sometime soon, I can inquire for ya.
