Expect energy packed, delicious breakfasts and lunches. Homemade waffles, muffins and granola . Hand-crafted Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili and Black Bean Vegetable Chicken Burritos. Gluten Free? No problem. . In addition there will be a huge Lobster bake cook out around campfires Sat night and onsite potluck feast for Friday night. Mountain bikes are available if flying in or if you're just getting into the sport. Strong riders expect amazing tight old school, hand-built and maintained rolling flowing singletracks, 30+ miles. Several guided ride choices depending on your skill and stamina. Novics, no worries instruction skill clinic which is rated to be the best in the country and trails appropriately challenging but not beating you up . At least Two daily guided rides, grouped by skill,are provided and if you want to skip a ride we offer kayaks and tubes for chillaxing on the clear shallow waters of the famous Long Pond.
