Cotic Rocket 275

$1400 GBP
I have for sale my beautiful Cotic Rocket 275. It's a 2017 model and I've owned it from new. It's a fantastic steel framed bike, great looking with the skinny tubes and has a nice feel to it riding. It's poppy and playful but can plough through anything you want. It also pedals very well, aided by the 3-position shock settings. I'm selling as I need to raise funds for a new bike. Spec is as follows; Cotic Rocket 275 in medium 150mm travel Fox Float DPS shock Rockshox Pike RCT3 160mm travel forks Hope Hoops Tech enduro 27.5 wheelset Specialized Butcher and a eliminator Grid tyres Shimano XT brakes 180mm front 160mm rear Rockshox Reverb Stealth 125mm seat post RSP components carbon bars 780mm Bontrager saddle Hope seat clamp Shimano SLX cranks 30t Shimano front chainring 46t Sunrace cassette 11sp Funn Funduro 50mm stem Muckynutz fender Raceface Chester composite pedals Shimano SLX rear mech Shimano XT 11sp shifter Condition is used, like a mountain bike should be. There are a number of knocks, scrapes and scratches from general riding and a few areas where there is cable rub. The general paintwork is protected from day one with Heli-tape Thanks for looking. Please no silly offers. It's just a waste of time and I'll ignore. Collection from Warwick area. Can deliver relatively locally. Open to sensible offers.

Cane Creek DB Air CS 200x57

$190 GBP
Wa gwan. I have for sale my Cane Creek Double Barrel Air Climb Switch shock. It's 200x57 It's a fantastic shock if you take the time to set it up. I bought it in 2014 from Leisure Lakes and it was last serviced in 2016 by TF Tuned but rarely used as I'm more of a hardtailist. It all works well but I guess a service might be a good idea at some point. It comes with some volume adjusters, the original packaging with set up guide, notebook, allen key. The condition is fairly good but annoyingly, having taken it off my Rocket, I've discovered some cable rub on the non-piggyback side of the body and eyelet. It doesn't affect the performance obvs but it's there. It's from the suspension compressing and my brake hose rubbing against it. Lots of photos in my Flickr album. Offers in the neighbourhood of £195 https://www.flickr.com/photos/79912681@N06/sets/72157688245553810 Untitled by kayak23, on Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/79912681@N06/sets/72157688245553810/with/25630749797/

Production Privee Shan 917 medium

$325 GBP
How do. It is with great sadness that I must part with my beautiful limited edition Production Privee Shan 917 frame (Number 282). It’s size medium. I’m selling it because I’ve decided to run my Production Privee Oka frame instead as the geometry suits me a little better. The Shan is really an incredible frame. I’ve always loved hardtails and the frames made by Production Privee in steel are the best I’ve ridden, bar none. I’m not one for marketing ballcocks, but their ‘KTP Flex’ system, whereby the seat and chainstays are flattened must make some difference as the Shan/Oka are the smoothest frames I’ve ever ridden on the trail. The frame was bought brand new from D&D Cycles in January 2017, where it had a full Invisiframe kit fitted (£71.99!) Because of this, the condition is good, though it has been ridden as intended and so of course does have some stone chips and a bit of chain slap. The worst is the chainstay, just behind where the chainring fits where it’s chipped the topcoat paint under the Invisiframe, revealing the primer coating. I think this was caused by mud build up behind my 30t chainring. It can be covered easily with chainstay tape etc. Apart from that, it’s very good. A bit of paint loss on the brake mount, the odd chip here and there under the BB but overall nice. In some areas, small bits of dirt have clearly gotten under the Invisiframe edges and that is what you see, not actual paint scratches. Before I even built the frame up, because I run Stealth Reverb posts, I drilled the seat tube and fitted a cable guide/grommet. Production Privee have finally fitted very similar stealth routing to their latest frames. I have done this stealth routing to several frames now and know how to do it competently and have never had a single issue. I detailed the process of fitting stealth routing in my thread at the link below (As you can see, I did the Oka first) http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/drilling-a-steel-hardtail-for-a-reverb-stealth/ The frame comes with a seat clamp(it runs a 30.9mm post btw) and 27.5″ dropouts with a 12x142mm axle. If you want to run 26″ wheels this is also possible on this frame and the dropouts are available from D&D Cycles. It runs an integrated headset. Again, D&D cycles can sell you a nice Production Privee one if you like. It has iscg mounts for a chainguide (I never needed one) and it also has cable stops for a front mech, if that’s your thing. It comes with a few month old Shimano bottom bracket fitted that’s working perfectly. On that subject, the internet will have you believe that Pressfit BB’s are the devil. I’ve only ever fitted cheap Deore ones and I’ve not had a single issue in the worst of the UK slop, fitted on either of my frames for….over a year fitted I’d say. They’re fine. I have a load more pictures of it on Flickr, link at the bottom, but here’s a few. https://www.flickr.com/photos/79912681@N06/albums/72157693176366765/with/40114528492/
