You are right that the track is simply cut into the bracken and I'm sure the mountain is far from unique, however that is only one ingredient to make up a race venue. Add to that five months of digging, a dedicated team of track builders and designers within 10 minutes, a town 1 mile away, six minutes uplift time, 2 miles from a major A road, 50 acres of flat land at the track finish, 1 hour away from 3 major cities and a landowner who not only welcomes a crowd of speak freak nutters onto his farm but has become one himself. Am I making a point here?
