Hello fellow riders, I have a Manitou Mattoc fork for 27.5 wheel size Non-Boost. Fork was just serviced here in Washington State at Butter Suspensions. It was installed in a Kona Process bike I got earlier this year, but I have upgraded my bike and using Boosted wheels now. Not sure of the year specific but I can tell you is in the late 2010s based on the parts ordered from Hayes to do the entire service. I have a ton of extra seals from the service kits I purchased. I am going to include all those parts as well. Please see all pictures and feel free to ask any questions. 27.5 wheel size Non-Boost 160mm travel Tapered 1 1/8 to 1 1/2 with crown installed 15x100mm thru axle included 7 3/4 inches of steer tube left Fork is just a bit more that what I need. ****UPDATE as of 13MAR22**** PLEASE READ before you text me. I am heading out of town in 8 days if anyone is interested. I have a 2015 Kona process frame and rear shock for sale. It is a large frame non boost 27.5 wheel size. Frame is used and shows cosmetic wear but no structural frame damages or dents. It has a newly installed FSA headset and BB is spinning smooth. Rear through axle included (12x142). I was building the frame but I won’t be getting my suspension fork for a while and therefore I am selling the frame. I just don’t want to wait until end of April to get my fork. I don’t have wheels, but I have other parts to build this frame, and I can include them for extra cash. I have a set of XT cranks with raceface chain ring, rear derailleur, brand new 10 speed XT shifter. I have a few 10 speed DEORE cassettes and a set of older Fulcrum Non-Boost Hubs if you wish to build some wheels. I think I have 2 minimally used 10 speed chains as well. I purchased a new bike about a day ago instead. I am not including the dropper post and saddle currently on, but I can include an FSA carbon post that’s approximately 380mm long. All of my extra parts are not part of the asking price, but I can sell them to who ever wants to build the bike. I can ship at buyers expense or I can split cost depending on location. I will not ship outside of the U.S. Please feel free to ask any other questions. The rear shock is a DebonAir with rapid recovery. I can meet Locally in the Dupont Washington area.

Hello all, I am testing the waters with this bike sale. I got this as a sweet deal and since then I have changed a lot of parts, and just looking for a much newer bike. It’s in awesome condition and just selling it because now I want to upgrade. I am considering shipping the bike and split the cost with buyer at extra cost and depending on location. I will not ship outside the country. Here are some of components on bike. Large frame Fork is a Fox revolution thru axle 27.5 non-boost Rear shock is a Fox float Shimano DEORE brakes with SLX calipers and new pads. Brakes are being bled in the next few days at LBS. New Ergon gel mountain saddle 175mm Shimano XT cranks and currently running a 2x10 setup. Brand new HT Component Red pedals. Brand new 27.5 x 2.4 Maxxis Ardent tires. Brand new Lizard Skin grips 65mm crank brothers stem Please feel free to reach out for questions. I am open to trades of equal value. This is a daily ride for me and will show your normal frame wear. I would rate it as an 8.5 out of 10 in cosmetic wear.
