Trek Remedy

$2000 USD
Messed up my shoulder opening day of Snow Summit so I decided to sell this Remedy. I've enjoyed it for the year that I had it... a perfect bike for riding parks like Snow Summit or trails in Laguna. The bike is overall in very good condition and has been maintained either by myself or The Path bike shop. The only outlying issue is the back brake, which likely needs to be replaced. I can provide more details. Trek Remedy 2017: RockShox FS-PIKE-RC-A2 RockShox Trek Re:aktiv shock (200 hour service completed by The Path Bike Shop ~10 ride-hours ago) Brakes: Shimano Deore M615 (back brake needs to be replaced, it leaks oil) Derailleur: SRAM Gx Pedals: Shimano PD-GR500 Seatpost: dropper post that came with the bike - not sure about the brand. it works ok, not great though. Wheels: Bontrager Duster Elite TLR 27.5” (just re-spoked and trued) Tires: Maxxis Aggressor set up tubeless – still a good amount of tread left Grips: ODI Elite Pro (brand new) Asking for $2000 OBO. More pictures available upon request. In the market for a road bike in the range of $500-$1000, so that can offset the price if you have one to trade. Also interested in mopeds/scooter, particularly older ones.

Ask Pinkbike: Tire Pressure, Hip Packs, Dehydration, and 'Le Systeme'
What drinks are a good supplement for water and gatorade? I like the idea of replacing lost electrolytes, but dislike the high sugar content of gatorade or vitamin water. Is there an electrolyte-rich drink out there without tons of sugar?

Devinci Wilson

$1000 USD
For sale is a used Medium 2012 Devinci Wilson RC (Original spec: http://2012.devinci.com/bikes/browse_18#18_55_158) in good condition. All parts are stock except where noted. The parts are as follows: Frame: Aluminum Fork: RockShox Boxxer R2C2 200mm Headset: Cane Creek 10-series Zero Stack Rear shock: Fox DHX RC2 Rims: Mavic EX325 Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Tires: Minion DHR on rear and Exo on front (need to be replaced soon probably) Brakes: Shimano XT (upgraded) Rear Derailler: X9 Crankset: Truvativ Descendant Pedals: Saint (upgraded) Grips: ODI Rogue (upgraded) Chain Guide E13 LG1+ The bike is used, but not heavily - probably only 50 hrs of total ride time. I bought the bike new in 2013 and then got injured right before I recieved it and never really got back into the sport. I am a pretty light rider so the bike hasn't been abused. There are the expected amounts of dings and scratches to the frame, but the fork and shock are pristine. I recently replaced the fork seals and haven't done much with the rear shock. They both work great. Selling the bike because I don't have time to ride downhill anymore and have moved onto trail riding. Brake pads are new, brakes recently bled. The bike is currently in Rancho Palos Verdes, but I work in Irvine so I can accomodate reasonable meetup requests somehwere in between and around those two locations. Serious offers only!! I will not ship the bike. If you want more pictures or details, please ask. Pricing is pretty firm.

Teaser: Matt Hunter in Afghanistan - Dream Capture Ep. II
The dude is just trying to find a new place to ride his bike and tell a good story for us fans. Why do people have to get all political about his actions? He isn't going there to "rub his fancy bikes in their faces" nor to "show how the West is an imperialistic country". He is going to give the local people some money, help them feed their families, and in turn will ride his bike on some mountains in their country. I am sure a lot of the country is much more safe than areas of high conflict, and I am sure the crew did their research before going there. Enough of the apologist or defeatist attitudes on here... no one wants to read your shit about how you perceive the state of America's imperialism or the socio-economic climate of the middle east. And besides, Hunter is from Canada, so how does America even factor into this? Get a grip, yall, and watch some biking and a good story unfold.
