Apr 5, 2026Carbon Giant Reign, L - GX Eagle - Trail Ready!
$1250 USDThis has been the perfect bike for the Santa Monica Mountains, handling everything from the chunky descents to flowy loops and long climbs. It’s a 160mm travel "do-anything" machine that pedals surprisingly well for how much it can smash the descents.
This build is highly optimized for local riding, upgraded with a full SRAM GX Eagle drivetrain and a Wolftooth bash guard.
Standout Feature: The Dual Position RockShox Pike fork. With a quick flip of the switch, you can drop the travel from 160mm down to 130mm. This is a game changer for the steep fire road climbs in around here, as it lowers the front end and keeps the front wheel planted.
I am the original owner and have kept it well-maintained. The bike is dialed, freshly cleaned, and ready for its next owner to take it straight to the trailhead.
Specs:
Frame: Giant Reign Advanced 0 (carbon)
Size: Large
Wheel Size: 27.5"
Fork: RockShox Pike RC Dual Position Air (160mm/130mm travel adjust) - recently serviced
Shock: RockShox Monarch DebonAir (160mm) - recently serviced
Drivetrain: SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed
Extras: Wolftooth Component bash guard
Brakes: Shimano SLX
Seatpost: Dropper post (works perfectly)
Tires: Maxxis Aggressor 2.5" front and rear, tubeless. I'll throw in some lightly used Maxxis Ardents and backup tubes.
Condition Notes:
Frame has some minor cosmetic scratches and cable rub (typical for local riding), but no dents or structural issues.
Suspension is smooth and stanchions are clean.
Wheels are true and tires have plenty of tread left.
Why am I selling it?
I'm ready to mellow out my rides a bit and do more XC and less rock garden bombing runs :) This bike has been amazing, looking forward to getting it to a new owner to hit the big stuff.

Jun 4, 2024Niner RLT 9 Steel gravel bike size 56cm
$950 USDNiner RLT 9 Steel gravel beast that will go anywhere and do anything. Excellent steel frame build, well maintained, great condition. New Race Face AR25 rear wheel and hub from JRA.
Purchased and serviced at JRA Bikes and Brew in Thousand Oaks. Top mechanics there took great care of this thing. Expertly washed by my own little bike shredder son.
Available in flatbar or dropbar setup, let me know which you prefer! I converted it to a flatbar with 690mm no rise bar to keep it low and it's GREAT, but I kept all the stock niner bars setup to switch back anytime.

SCOA is a FANTASTIC company. I've been riding these guys for years - if you haven't ridden Mt.Wilson in LA, you need to hit up SCOA and check it out. I prefer living on the "darkside" of Mt.Wilson, hitting up Wintercreek and Sturtevant, but in all the trails I've ridden up there it's never been a bad time. Thanks SCOA!
