Most Native English speaking countries have problems in "being bilingual" department, simply because lots of people all over the world speak English... that does't change the fact that it's not like "we are supposed to learn it". If I heard that 10 years ago then I would be fine with it perhaps, but right now I might as well learn Mandarin...
