I've been pushing my luck too much and am now paying the price with a knackered and aching body! Not that that's going to stop me riding. Bring it on...

The bike can literally handle anything you can throw at it. It has great traction and handling and can be built up for trail riding or left as is for a fantastic park/DH bike. When I first had the bike I built it up as a trail bike and would ride Cwmcarn, Afan inc. Skyline and all the other SE Wales trails with no problems. When I got another bike, the Delirium was relegated to seldom used downhill duties. Hence the reason for selling it - lack of use. It's been under a sheet in the garage not being enjoyed. Read the reviews- this bike was the best in its day and still holds its own now. All this on the very trendy 26" wheels!
The bike is 10 years old so there are signs of wear and tear. The frame is helitaped in the critical areas so any marks are small. The forks (also helitaped) are in excellent condition with unmarked stanchions and are bombproof. There is a little bit of play in the shock bushings but I don't want to change them if the next owner wants to put a different shock on.
I might split the bike if there are buyers for enough of the parts.

May 31, 2017Pro-Build Chosen Hub/ Alex Rims Volar 27.5" rear wheel
$65 GBPThis is a 27.5" Tubeless Ready enduro rear wheel with a Shimano freehub.
Chosen Trail hub is 12 x 142mm with 4 sealed bearings, suitable for 9, 10 and 11 speed cassettes. ISO 6 bolt brake rotor fixing.
Alex Rims Volar 2.5 rim is 25mm internal & 30.2mm external widths so great for 2.35" and larger tyres.
32 spokes ACI Alpina double butted black racing spokes. Strong yet light, stainless steel spoke with brass nipples.
The Chosen hub has a 120 point engagement MGC freehub system allowing for almost instant drivetrain engagement and an individual freehub noise. It really catches quickly and is a very quiet buzz when freewheeling. Nice if you fancy listening to the dirt under your tyres rather than the Hope symphony.
Weight of complete wheel - 1041g
The wheel has been used a total of 4 times and unfortunately I've managed to hit something as there is a very slight ding in the rim and some small marks as shown in the photos. The wheel still runs perfectly true.
I'll post in the UK for £6. Payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash. Buyer to cover all fees.

May 31, 2017Bike box - Hard Plastic
$60 GBPThis is a hard plastic bike box with an aluminium edging strip around the opening of each side. The plastic is very tough so will give you peace of mind when you watch it disappear along the conveyor at the airport.
It has 4 fully operational castor wheels on the base and 4 clasps to hold it closed. I don't have the key to lock the clasps. There's a pull handle on one end and a carrying handle on the top.
I used luggage straps to make sure the case wasn't 'dropped open' by our friendly airport handlers and cable tied the luggage strap clasps to secure it.
The case has 2 shaped foam inserts and a number of internal steady straps. 1 of the straps is missing. As you can see in the photos, the case is a bit grubby and scratched but still functions perfectly well at what it's supposed to.
I used this case to transport my Giant Reign X with 160mm forks to Whistler a few years back and it protected the bike perfectly. The case is big enough for an entire large mountain or road bike, lots of bubble wrap and riding gear.
Sizes are approximately:
Bottom: 1070mm
Top: 780mm
Depth: 250mm
Overall height: 800mm
Castor Diameter: 70mm

May 31, 2017KS Lev Integra 125mm drop, 31.6mm diameter
$100 GBPKS Lev Integra
2015 Model
125mm drop
31.6mm diameter
In good working order. Has a very small mark about half way up the stanchion (see photo) but haven't noticed any effect on its performance. Other than that, the stanchion is unmarked.
I lost the grub screw for the cable end lock and have used a small M4 screw in its place. It works fine with this, just letting you know.
Will post within UK for £6. Payment by Paypal, bank transfer of cash. Buyer covers all fees.

Feb 26, 2017Transition Bandit with CCDBAir CS & Pikes & Slants
$1250 GBP2013 Transition Bandit 26" complete bike, size Medium in Yellow.
I bought the frame new and built it up with the components I thought would allow the bike to shine. I think I got it pretty close. This bike is fantastic and I'm selling to raise funds for a house. Or another toy. Depends which I find first.
As you can see from the photos (sorry about the light and kitchen shots, it's been peeing down for days and I couldn't wait for the sun to come out), the bike is in very good condition although does have a few small marks from general wear and tear.
The frame was fully helitaped before any components were fitted and the dark lines on the frame are the edges of the helitape. The frame is perfect under the tape but there are a few paint chips under the bottom bracket and around the chainstay and a few small marks around the frame as shown in the photos - the usual stuff. The frame has no dents or dings.
So here's what's on the bike:
Frame: Medium
Rear Shock: Cane Creek DB Air CS - no marks on stanchion
Forks: Rockshox Pike Solo Air 150mm RCT3 - no marks on stanchions
Wheels: Stans Flow Ex rims on Hope Pro2 Evo hubs
Tyres: Continental Trail King, tubeless on front, tubed on rear. About 60% worn.
Crankset: Shimano XT 175mm with Raceface 32T Narrow/Wide chainring
Pedals: Wellgo MG1
Cassette: Shimano XT 10speed with One Up Components 42T expander gear. 16T gear
Derailleur: Shimano SLX Shadow Plus with clutch
Shifter: Shimano XTR
Brakes: Shimano SLX front & rear
Discs: Shimano XT 180mm front and rear
Seatpost: KS Lev 125mm with left hand remote (serviced last year)
Saddle: Selle Italia SLS Manganese
Bars: Ragley 740mm
Stem: Spank 50mm
When I first built the bike, I fitted a X-fusion Slant RL2 140mm fork. This is a great fork and really suited the trail riding I was doing at the time. It's back in its box now and in near perfect condition (helitaped from new, although its been removed now). The only fault is the stanchions have been slightly dulled by something I've used to clean them and where the O ring sat, there's a very shallow groove been made by the cleaning stuff that's barely noticeable with your nail. You can see it in one of the photos. The performance of the forks is completely unaffected - I rode them for quite a bit and they were absolutely fine. The Pike on the bike now was simply to try it out with a slightly longer fork and I really liked the way it suited my riding so left it on. If I'm offered the asking price, I'll throw the Slants in for nothing so you can choose what travel you prefer and have a spare set of forks.
I'd rather have the bike collected but will post in the UK if required. Postage will be £30 for the bike or £40 for the bike and Slant forks.
Get in touch if you have any questions.
Cheers.

Pinkbike Poll: Where Do You Want to Improve?
Where do I want to improve? I wouldn't mind Whistler.
