Pinkbike Poll: Long Travel Single Crown Forks
had big DH bike with triples, had hardtail with all mountain singles, got a 180mm freeride bike with singles now, perfect! seems the article above isnt strictly accurate. lol. in my opinion, unless your racing why spend so much on triples? a second hand pair of 180mm singles is cheap as chips.

Marin Quake 7.2 M Custom 34lb SPEC ADDED CASH or TRADE

$600 GBP
As title suggests, 2008 marin quake 7.2 full custom build, 34lbs! first up front hub needs a new bearing (old one has been removed without any damage to hub) bought and pushed in. I just dont have time to ride or tinker with it anymore after myself and partner had our first child so never got round to replacing it. Frame has been rawed recently and hasnt been ridden since. all parts and frame (except front wheel as mentioned above) are in perfect working order. comes with 9mm QR and 12mm bolt through bolt on drop-outs, of which the 12mm drop-outs are aftermarket parts. any questions please ask. cheers, Paul SPEC ADDED....... frames been stripped ready for painting, decided to leave it then whoever wants it can choose a colour of leave it raw, check pics on my profile of the build of it, only been ridden 15 times max since it was built. spec is......... -2008 zocchi 66rcv forks, serviced when bought for build and still nice n plush, all adjusters work and have their knobs on. -Cane Creek XX headset -2008 zocchi tst r shock, everything working perfect, -Avid juicy 7's front and rear, recent bleed, adjusters all working, 2 ride old kevlar pads in both. 185/160mm discs. -conti diesel 2.5 front tyre, conti vertical 2.3 rear, both only few rides old. -raceface D2 stem and Diabolus Bars (uncut) -Shimano 105 rear road mech (tiny and low profile) perfect working order, Shimano deore 9 spd rapid fire shifter. -Sun S-type Rear rim on Sun 'lawwill' DH hub, shimano ultegra short ratio 9spd road cassette. - Mavic D321 front rim on Hope Hub. -Truvativ Crankset with Superstar Chain Device, Shimano ultegra road chain. - Outland Sealed Cartridge Pedals, - Full length Gravity seatpost, Selle Italia X2 Lightweight race saddle As i said, everything except the front hub bearing is in perfect working order and has been very carefully setup, i.e. short ratio rear cassette, road mech, which makes it very very good at FR/DH. The frame has no play whatsoever as bearings were replaced immeadiately after purchasing frame. Ive had to buy every part for the bike so can assure u its very well setup for just about anything rough and downhill!
