Ellsworth Moment

$1199 GBP
I am selling my lovely Ellsworth Moment because 2 children has meant no more time for riding (sob, sob)!!! I only bought the frame last year and built it up especially for a trip to the Alps. I genuinely haven’t even used the bike since then (baby no 2 has since arrived), so it has only had 5 days use. The forks, stem, seat clamp, handle bars, cables and hoses were brand new June 2010. The frame is in excellent condition; there are only a few marks from the usual amount of riding/cable rub. All pivots and threads are in good condition. The seat post has been scratched from where it has been raised and lowered. The bike is a great All Mountain rig, great for medium to heavy duty freeride or XC. The frame alone originally retailed at £2,200 and the bike cost in the region of £3.5k to build. The bike is 15’’ but is a quite a ‘big’ small, if you see what I mean. I am 5’5’’ and I would say that this bike would really suit those who are 5’6’’ plus (it was slightly too big for me). The detail: Size: 15" (small) Colour: grey anodised Frame weight: 8lb (approx) Bottom bracket: 73mm (with nice clean shell threads) Seatpost size: 27.2mm Rear axle: regular QR/regular spacing Headtube: 1 1/8" steerer Forks: 2010 Marzocchi Bomber 55 ATA (120 – 160mm adjustable travel with lock out facility) Shock: Fox DHX Air 5.0 (rebound and compression adjustments) Headset: Cane Creek C2 Handlebars: Easton Monkeybars EA70 Stem: Spank Spike Brakes: Avid Juicy 5s with Goodridge braided hoses Rotors: Avid 180mm front and rear Shifters: Shimano Deore Front mech: Shimano LX Rear mech: Shimano XT Gear cables: Sram Flackjacket cables, braided Rims: DT Swiss E540 Tyres: Maxxim High Rollers Front hub: Devinci 20mm bolt through Rear hub: Shimano Deore QR Seat clamp: Hope 2010 Crank set: Truvativ Stylo (2x9) Grips: Token Racing, lock on Chainstay protector: Ellsworth ICT *Specialized saddle and DMR V12 pedals can be included at an additional cost
