Pinkbike Poll: Would You Rather Shuttle or eMTB?
@lkubica: Let's be honest - 99% of all eBike haters are insecure hypocrites who act all macho but use chairlifts at bike parks and escalators in the mall and elevators in tall buildings and cars to get around the city and airplanes to get across the ocean. Stop trying to use the 'fitness' excuse to berate eBike riders, it's as ignorant and narrow-minded as all the "eBikes are scooters" people and the "earn a climb to ride a trail" people. Not everyone who rides bikes do it because they are athletes. Not everyone who rides bikes is required to "suffer". The happiest people who ride bikes are the people who genuinely enjoy riding bikes, not the miserable ones who constantly waste time hating on things other people enjoy. Being an owner of both regular and eMTB bikes, per actual experience (not keyboard anger) I can truly say that eMTB riders have more fun on the uphill and the downhill... and that's the real part you hate the most.

The 3 Best Steerer Tube Tools Ridden & Rated - OneUp EDC vs Specialized SWAT vs Bontrager BITS
"The OneUp is the most full-featured, lightest, and least expensive out of the three" It's not the least expensive, because you left out everything else needed to install the OneUp version. The tool itself is just "$59" - but for $59 you can't do a thing with it. Then when you go online to actually try to buy it, you find out you have to spend another $35 for a tap kit and another $25 for a top cap set. Both of these costs should be added to the OneUp's total price since they are proprietary items required to install, and not everyone will have a shop that already paid for the tap kit nearby. Meanwhile the other two just need you to remove the star nut - no special tools, no special top caps. I love OneUp stuff but they are never 100% transparent until you read the fine print... just like their "shortest dropper post length ever" claim with their V1 droppers - that was only true if you ignored the extra actuator length (which they conveniently left out of the specs at the time).

*****If the ad is still visible, then the item is still available.***** PRICE DROPPED TO $450 FIRM. Don't make a lower offer. For sale is an almost new, excellent condition Shimano BT-E8010 STEPS 504Wh Battery. This was bought as a spare/backup battery, brand new in box back in February 2020 for $649.00 + tax. It was never dropped or abused, works perfectly and practically looks brand new. Only selling because I switched to a new eMTB that uses an internal battery. NO SHIPPING. I cannot check the exact numbers anymore because I already sold the bike that used this battery (and it's not compatible with my current e-MTB uses an internal battery). Make / Manufacturer: Shimano Model Name / Number: BT-E8010 Battery MSRP: $649.00 + tax NO TRADES. NO OFFERS. This is a sale only, you pay and you buy. CASH ONLY. No cashiers checks, no B.S.
