same unprofessional attitude of a trek dealer in Romania as well. and, same as in your case, nobody from the company wanted to listen to my story. they are too big. or, in order to attract their attention, you should buy 1,000 emonda :)

Although this article is really old, I feel the need to say that many things changed since Mr. Burke founded the company... In the article, it is said that Mr. Burke loved to listen to his customers. This is not the case of his employees anymore. Unfortunately. I have a complaint pending for almost 10 months and nobody wanted to listen to my story, even if several persons contacted me. I think I will grab the bull by the horns, as they say in France, and will send a letter to John Burke itself. Maybe he will remember the good old days when he used to pay attention to what customers were saying. Any other suggestions? Thanks a lot!
