Skiing with handlebars sure but it’s a wildly good time even for advanced skiers - check out the story highlights on my Instagram @robaseltine for a full review

Snow is soft and slides smooth and therefore doesn’t require small bump compliance like a mtb. SNO-GOs fork is now a coil for larger impacts and cold weather performance and there is no rear suspension because it is unnecessary. Imagine skiers and snowboarders installing coil shocks between their bingings and their boards lol no control!

If you are referring to the U shaped bar on the frame, it really doesn’t interfere with riding anymore than the top tube on your mtb. Your feet don’t come out of the bindings in a fashion that allows other areas of your body to impact it. Occasionally bump my knee but that’s all. The bar allows for chairlift compliance so you can safely ride it at hundreds of resorts. Brilliant design and a lot of fun.

@inside-plus: Can’t stack it up.. wrong. The SNO-GO is built with a system called synchronized lateral articulation technology. There are 13 pivot points that allow full articulation of all three skis to allow the skis to hold an edge on any skiable terrain. 3 edges down in all conditions for more control. Lean back and go faster to surface in deeper snow like you would on a snowboard. Yes better for a novice 100% there. Am I still choosing skis on 30cm + pow day? Yes. Much easier to learn. But I am absolutely stoked on the way this bikes rides and handles for sub-perfect conditions. For a guy that has skied professionally for 20+ years and now loves to ride his mtb. The sno-go is the best hybrid for a whole new way to experience ripping down the mountains. You just have to try it before jumping to conclusions. I do a full review / explanation on my Instagram story highlights @robaseltine
