Specialized Carbon Stumpjumper Evo Carbon Easton Haven Sram

$3500 USD
Hello everyone, Up for sale is a custom built carbon fiber Specialized Stumpjumper Evo. This bike gives you all the features of the loved Stumjumper but ups the travel to 150mm. This bike was built from the ground up with parts that make it light and durable. The fork is the Rock Shox Revelation which gives you 150mm of plush travel that is fully adjustable from 100mm to 150mm. It also has a lockout and features Rock Shox motion control dampening. The rear shock is Fox’s new Adaptive Logic Float RP 23 with auto sag. Fox basically took all of the best features from all its rear shocks and rolled them into one. This bike has a Sram carbon crank and XO rear derailleur. It has Formula The One brakes that actually out perform Shimano XTR. They stop so fast it is almost scary. It has Sram XX front and rear shifters and features a Specialized dropper post. The stem is a Easton Haven and the handlebar is Easton Carbon. I just added a new front tire and seat. The crown jewel of this bike is the 2014 Easton Carbon Fiber Haven wheelset. This wheelset cost $2200 new. I was going to sell them separate but I built this bike a certain way for a reason and don’t want to split it up. I am selling because I simply don’t have time to ride this bike. I rode it a decent amount last year but only took it out for a few rides this season and really want to see someone else use it more. http://www.eastoncycling.com/en-us/dirt/wheels/all-mountain/haven-carbon-26/

Specialized Stumpjumper S-Works Medium Carbon Fiber XTR XX1

$3500 USD
Hello everyone, Up for auction is one of the greatest bikes on the market today, the specialized Stumpjumper S-Works. Specialized FACT Carbon Fiber Frames are the stiffest, lightest, and strongest bikes out there. This bike can climb as fast as any cross country bike and descent as fast as any enduro bike. This incredible versatility allows this to be one of the best bikes ever produced. This bike features the Specialized Futureshock in the front, which can be switched from 100mm of travel to 140mm at the turn of a dial. This is the same as Fox’s Talas technology. The huge difference between this fork and a Fox Talas is this fork also has Specialized Spike valve or “Brain” in the fork that allows it to stay locked and breaks free when it comes in contact with an obstacle on the trail. This is a completely tunable feature that can even be fully disabled. This is very similar to Fox’s Terralogic technology. So you basically take the two best forks Fox has and put them together in one. Then to make it even better they add a carbon fiber crown and steer tube so it is lighter, stiffer, and absorbs more trail vibration. So in short this is the best fork you can buy and is a dream to ride. The rear is no different. The rear Fox shock features Specialized Brain inertia valve which keeps the rear end locked out until you hit something on the trail. This allows you to climb like a hardtail and shoot out without any pedal bob. This impressive feature is also fully adjustable and fully tunable to every riders needs. A simple turn of a dial gives you very firm to fully plush. These frames are also insanely light for their 140mm front and rear travel. This bike stock from Specialized is a great build. I took this bike to a whole new level by making a few changes to shave weight and gain a new level of performance not seen in the stock build. The first change I made was changing the Sram XX brakes to the fully adjustable Shimano XTR Trail Brakes. These brakes are twice as powerful as the originals and feature great modulation throughout the whole lever throw. They also feature the Shimano’s IceTech rotors and cooling fins on the pads to shed heat at an impressive rate. This eliminates brake fade when the pads heat up and when you need the stopping power the most. The second change made was I dropped the Sram XX 2x10 and swapped it with Srams new XX1 1x11. This system is way lighter and features a much more efficient gearing ratios. It goes to a single chainring in the front. This eliminates 1 ring, the front derailleur, and front shifter. It uses much larger rear ratios to make up for the missing ring in front. Let me tell you it gives way better climbing options then 2x10. This new drivetrain cost me $1500 and only saw about 50 miles in total use. I also upgraded the Seatpost to a Rock Shox reverb dropper. This has a remote to drop it on the fly with the push of your thumb. This works out great with the XX1 drivetrain since there is not a shifter on the left side. The Seatpost cost $340. The last and most impressive upgrade was the carbon fiber Roval wheelset. These wheels are $1200 and are super light and strong. These are basically brand new and have no marks or damage of any kind. These sell on ebay used for around $850 plus. The Specialized Roval wheels are made by DT Swiss and use the same hub as the 240S. These wheels are very light and bombproof. DT Swiss uses their ratchet technology in the rear hub that gives flawless engagement. Match this technology with a carbon fiber rim and they arguably are the best wheels on the market. This build swaps all of the weaknesses of the stock built and replaces them with the better upgrade. Overall an absolute dream to ride. This is your chance to own a dream build at a fraction of the new cost.
