I was hit by a SUV from behind that totaled my bike and gave me sirius injuries, I have a Lawyer but will not receive any compensation for a bike yet, so I am currently building a new one using used components because cash is low now from the accident and I will use new components were nessisary

I would like to purchase this Frame, but the price seems to be a bit high considering other people are selling their Jamis Dakar BAM2 with Fox RC4.0 for $599.00.
An other point is that the Fox Vanilla R suspension used on this bicycle now is selling new for $55.60 at the following place

and the Fox Vanilla R only moves 2.5inch, where the commonly used rear suspension for this frame the Fox RC4.0
moves 3.0inch.
I would purchase this frame now if the two foregoing concerns are explained somehow or adjusted to sell ?
