Sripped the paint first which takes a lot of time. Then I hung it up from the front of the bike so it wouldn't have any runs. I sprayed 2 layers of primer and then about 3 of flat black. Then you can just heat treat it with a blow dryer or whatever you have. It turned out great and cost like $20 to do.

Man I have some mad respect for you. When everyone else thinks some things are hard you laugh at them and hop on a bike with one leg. You're the man.
