Vitus Escarpe 2017 was £1190, now £1050 XL, new Hunt Wheels & XT group For sale is my beloved Vitus Escarpe. It's actually a 2016 model but was a warranty replacement frame in August 2017. In good condition, everything works as it should. I've owned since warranty replacement as a frame only, and it has been ridiculously pampered, especially the last year as I've replaced the cassette, chain, derailleur and front chainring with XT, the shock with a Fox Factory Float, the rear tyre with a Maxxis Minion SS, and the wheels with these excellent Hunt Trailwides, total £931 in the last year, and what's worse is it's hardly been used at all - 231 miles since Jan 21. I mostly ride road and I have a new MTB, so this just hasn't been used enough - it's being wasted hence the sale. It's more like a large than XL, although still fairly slack and long. Reach is 470mm and would suit riders from 5'11"+, I'm 6"3 and near the top end I'd say. Tyres: F- Maxxis High Roller 2 2.5 WT, R- Maxxis Minion SS 2.3 (brand new). Brakes: Shimano SLX with 200mm rotors F+R. Forks: Rockshox Yari 160mm, serviced lowers in November. Rear shock: Fox Factory Float. Seatpost: Rockshox reverb stealth 150mm. Seat: Charge Chain: Shimano XT (brand new) Cassette: Shimano XT (March 2021) Derailleur: Shimano XT (March 2021) Chainring: Shimano XT (March 2021) Cranks: Shimano SLX BB: Shimano XT Bars: Spank Spike 777's 50mm rise Grips: Sealskinz Northshore Stem: Pro FRS 50mm Mudguard: Mudhugger Enduro XL Weight 13.9kg (light!) The sum of the parts is worth more alone, but I do need to make space asap. I have other options that can go with the bike such as carbon bars, new brake pads, SLX spec parts instead of XT, so please make me an offer.
