its a XC bike with the geometry of an aggressive dirt jumper. i had a bike that was complete opposite. dirt jumper made out of XC frame. with a gear ratio (singlespeed) of a really fast DH bike
raceface crank and custom parts that i paid over 2000 for.... then had nothing to show for it... traded it, then traded that and i still have the junk i got.... what a sexy bike, that orange beauty has a reason to be jealous

you had an issue getting the tires on? why so? if they are giving you such a hard time where your prying/pushing. squish both beads of the tire into the center of the rims drop center.
I work on car tires and commercial truck tires with some agriculture and stuff. bike tires aren't that bad. squeezing a brand new rubber over a rim is sometimes difficult. but.... try that trick some time. shes beautiful. and so is that lovely orange lady in the back there as well!

@speshiz: believe it or not, i can keep up if not rival road bikes some days. and yes, i spend a lot of time in the last 5 rings on the cassette with the chain on the smaller sprocket up front. it actually frustrates me believe it or not cause i find myself getting up there in gears when I'm going some days and i hit last gear, but theres so much more i could get out of it with 11-32 instead of 11-36 right?
but then i need to look at what kind of bike it is and think, am i just trying to get to work faster? or am i trying to be the first guy in the tour de france with a fat bike right? but ill admit i could still get much much more speed if i went that route, but ive had thoughts bout upgrading the drivetrain altogether. cassette, sprockets, derailleurs everything.
kinda interested in the sram xx1 eagle... but price was the original concern on that. looks beautiful but man.... it costs more than half of what the bike costed. got any recommendations on how id be able to truly get more run out of my fatboy
thought about smaller cranks as well, don't know how much that would help but cadence could be seriously altered and made a bit faster with maybe 2 inches less on my cranks
