The headlights just needing the usual trimming of the header panel. I just used a dremel with a cut-off wheel and a hack-saw blade to trim. Just mock one light up until it fits, then cut the same shape on the opposite side. The 05-07' grille was a bit tricky, I can't remember how much I cut off the bottom to make it fit, I think a 1/4" or something across the entire bottom. There is a thread on powerstroke.org or powerstrokenation.com on how to do both with pictures. You can also swap to the newer and nicer 05-07' front bumper and not have to trim the grille. Congratz on the truck man. Check out powerstrokearmy.com if you want to research any performance stuff, a lot of knowledgeable guys on there.
