Jun 28, 2013Oryx T-line, super light, new everything, needs a home.
$500 CADInterested? Shoot me any offer, I'll let you know if its reasonable.
This has been my fun little get-me-around for a long time but with work and road cycling, this little Oryx just hasn't been ridden in a while. Great for learning to ride and one of the best, tightest, stiffest most reliable bikes I've ever owned. I've used it to get around town, ride long xc trips (50km per day) and surprizingly, its even performed well riding with its DH cousins in Jasper! Almost all the components (exept the skeleton - frame, fork, bars) have been replaced over the last few years so its in great shape. Super light!
Marzocchi Bomber fork,
Disc brake compatible,
Shimano Deore derailers,
Kenda Small Block Eight tires (new, 99% tread remaining)
New chain,
Sram X0 cassette (new)
New brake pads,
Race Face stem
Size: 17" but I've jacked up the seat post and extended the stem to make it a bit longer. Fits me great right now (I'm 5'11") and I've loaned it to friends for Jasper riding who were 5'3" so its very versatile.
