Giant Stance 1 like new

$1500 USD
I'm selling my 2016 giant stance 1. I bought this bike in July 2016 for 2100 after tax. It only has half a season on it. I just took it into basalt bike and ski for a full tune up. The front fork had a slight consistent leak from the lock out mechanism so the shop sent it back to for a manufacturers warranty. The shop (basalt bike and ski in basalt) I purchased the bike from said they have never seen this before. The shop sent the fork back to the manufacturer. Rock Shocks replaced the component. It took forever to get it back. I took it to the shop just before thanks giving and finally got it back on 2/22017. They had to change the oil and seals while they were at it so the fork is basically brand new. The brakes are new also and the tires are still pretty good. This bike is really solid, quiet and smooth. Check out the specs here https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/stance-27dot5-1-2016. Its a large frame. I am 5'11, 165lbs and its just right for me. Giant has 4 frame sizes. If I got a medium, I think I would have bruised my need on the frame or handle bars on some rough trails. The tires have tubes. The rims can accommodate tubeless tires. If I were to keep this baby, I would only upgrade the tires to tubeless and maybe add the giant dropper seat post. I have upgraded handlebars on it which are really nice. I will not include the pedals since I am really happy with my candy cranks. Get these off eBay for $35. I don't suspect any upcoming maintenance for quite some time. I always wiped away any crud on the forks after every ride. I mostly rode it in the prince creek area where the trials are pretty smooth. This bike can rage on just about anything though. 120mm travel front and rear. Rock shocks recon fork Rock shocks monarch in the rear. Maxis ardent tires (not tubeless) 2x1 drive train. Large frame. I work m-f 8-4 in Carbondale. I can meet you after work or any time on a weekend to let you check it out. Not really flexible on the price since it only has less than half a season on it with a fresh tune up. Don't forget the tax I paid for this and the tuneup costs. There are a few small catches on the frame but very minor.
