@grillis: Hey guys, Aventon employee here. Before Aventon I’ve ran some bigger bike shops in SoCal and was the service manager for many years. The labor reimbursement is very competitive with Aventon, we’ve timed all of the jobs and are paying at a $120/hour rate. We are matching or giving more than what shops are charging in California where we are at which has some of the highest rates in North America. We have more than 1800 dealers in the U.S. and a good amount more if you include the service only dealers. We provide every single part available and offer anything our warranty support team has(wiring diagrams, exploded views, error code troubleshooting charts, etc) to dealers and to customers directly. Just wanted to put this out there as I feel passionate about this area after running service departments so long and getting paid in chains, derailleurs, fighting over dollars here or there with the company, or just not getting paid at all a lot of the times.
