$1850 CADUpgraded parts from stock are the Sram Guide 4 piston brakes, a Raceface Deus handlebar, tubeless kit in the OEM tires and RIMS.
Great bike running 29" wheels ridden on and off over the past years. (Not much time to ride)
Has a few scuffs but no crashes with the bike. Just had an end of season wash and tuneup.
