Bontrager Rhythm Comp 29er Wheelset

$150 CAD
Selling a Bontrager Rhythm Comp 29er wheelset from 2009, both standard QR. Rhythm rims are offset to one side to increase strength and simplify spoke length (both sides use same length of spoke and are perfectly centered). The 28mm wide rim also increases strength and allows for use of a very wide tire, however I have ran as narrow as a 35c cyclocross tire on here at times. The rims are also tubeless ready. Valve + sealant and you're good. These wheels are USED, but have been offroaded less than a dozen times and are in fantastic shape. They are VERY strong for a 29er wheelset. Not the lightest but if you are 6'+ or over 200 lbs, they will be perfect for you. The asking price for these wheels is $150, or I will include the rubber in the photos for $200. Maxxis Ignitors, 29x2.1, ran for about a year, plenty of tread left and in good shape. These wheels are located at Sweet Pete's Bike Shop, 1204 Bloor Street, Toronto ON. Shipping is not included in the price but is negotiable. Contact via phone/message for more info if needed. Buy my wheels!

Kinda like this??? http://bikehugger.com/post/view/at-the-handbuilt-bike-show-ano it doesn't actually make sense.. you'll blow your knees out by locking up the rear wheel too quickly.

SR Suntour Durolux RCA Fork Review
Do they not also put shimano parts on Canadian Tire/Department store bikes as well. Lets stop using shimano then. Oh and sram's on their bikes as well. there goes all their component line. now you don't have suspension or a drivetrain. lets go ride unicycles. Tourney exists for the people who want to have "shimano equipped bikes" It doesn't mean that XT is garbage because of it. It's a fork that seems to have a great review from people who can put it through it's paces and it comes in at a decent price. If every kid could go out and get their parents to buy them a totem, or a 36 there wouldn't be a need for this. All this snobbery about a company trying to bring good components that are easily serviceable to customers at a good price seems pretty immature. Props to SR Suntour for making this step. Spinner did the same thing, They're not as popular or anything but they make cheap forks that come on all the same level of bikes that SR does and they make (or at least made) a titanium crowned fork as well (before fox even got into that game). Props to the "little" guys for stepping up their game! I also think it's funny that people can't think for themselves . i.e. louis saying he'll only consider purchasing it if someone else says it's cool. (but didn't pinkbike just say it was???)

Tioga's MT-ZERO Pedal
When was the last time you saw a high performance XC rider on flat pedals? I could maybe see a shore rider on something like these for the ground clearance issue (all of about MAYBE 5mm difference in clearnce) but efficiency..??? wouldn't your power stroke be basically the same as with a traditional pedal? bringing the rotational circle of the top of the pedal closer to the centre of the pedal threads doesn't seem like it would make much of a groundbreaking difference... What ever happened to the flypaper pedals? They seemed to have disappeared and weren't they even thinner than these "new" Tioga pedals? I'm all for groundbreaking new technologies but lately, it seems like too many companies are throwing too many ideas to the marketing departments rather than R&D. ΒΆΒΆ
