I am the first owner. Due to uplift days and a mechanical, the bike does have some scratches and chips to the rear swing arm. The GX mech is slightly bent however not enough to cause any issue, it certainly hasn't bothered me. A few scratches can also be found on the lowers of the forks. I have taken images of the chips.
