For sale is this 2015 Santa Cruz 5010 Aluminum 140 with a custom build kit. All maintenance is up to date with the most recent visit to the stand including tune up, new brake pads, brake bleed, service and lubricate bearings, headset and crankset. Rear hub bearings replaced. I have owned this bike since its creation and have taken due care to keep it riding like a new bike. The only components remaining from the initial build is the frame, rear shock and bars. Everything else has been replaced at some point to keep this thing tip-top. The shimano 2x10 drivetrain, shimano brakes and front Rockshox Evolution fork are 2 years old; tires are both 1 year old. The head tube angle is spec’d at 68 degrees, so when I replaced the front fork I opted for a 29 fork just to give the front head angle a little more slack, which has definitely made a difference in the handling, smoother and more confident on the downhill sections. Both the front and rear have lockouts for long climbs. All that is needed is a dropper post, as I am still riding with a fixed Thompson seat post.
