I also want to temper my comments here and give respect to Ben. I've been particularly grouchy about online skills content lately because I see so many of my clients confused about it. It's incredibly difficult to address all the nuances of a coaching session in a video. I blame a bit of this on our consumer/ quick fix and unrealistic desires for fast self improvement. Progress takes steady work and effort, yet people want a video that suddenly transforms them despite the fact that people are incredibly diverse and therefor the instruction is always adjusting to meet the needs of the learner.

Oh you must mean like the person in the first video. Coaching is hard.... Really though... There is so much to understanding how to do a drop that an online video isn't going to give all the info for all the scenarios. Everyone is making classic mistakes in these videos.
