They are 100 bomber man. I like I9's factory hubs, but their direct pull spokes are basically just a really long aluminum screw, so I've seen them twist as a result of the threads engaging the hub on the opposite end of where the tool engages and applies force. I've been banging on them for a couple years now and the hub flanges still look great. The hub engaging sounds amazing and I actually prefer the sound it makes resonating through the stainless spokes better than the direct pull aluminums. Its a little quieter and a little deeper and a lullaby of awesome! Don't worry dude, you'll be TOTALLY satisfied with the I9 classics!
