Jul 4, 2011Norco Rampage Medium
$500 CADThis bike is in good condition. Build so strong, it will never go bad! I rode this bike during the first two summers when purchasing it in 2004. Then, I got a full suspension in 2006, so by that time I only used it to dirt jump. And in 2007, I went away for school and kept this old girl so whenever I came back home I could go ride the Gatineau park. Barely used it by that time and she sat in the shed alone most of the time, more like all the time. So she needs company now. I call her Susie (not really). Anyway, the bike is good to go and doesn't let you down. Retail price was 1800$ and asking 500$ OBO.
The parts are all original, except for the stem (brand new 400mm, can pull high for trail riding, not pictured), the saddle, the pedals, the chain, the grips, and the tires (front and back are somewhat new, less than 10 rides (max for sure) on them). Norco does not have the 2004 models in there archives but the pieces resembles incredibly the 2005 model and here is the link:

Looking to the 2005 sheet, the brakeset and the drivetrain components are exactly the same as the 2004. Under the wheelset and "components" list on sheet, some pieces are slightly similar and some different but they are all of the same caliber. It is the same frame but it as a different fork: the 2004 as a Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 2 which I have been told is a sturdier and a more efficient fork than the Z-1 fr2 on the 2005. Having seen both, the dirt jumper was indeed beefier. Bike was pictured after a short ride last year. Wasn't cleaned before shot but should've.
