Transition Covert Medium Green HAMMERSCHMIDT!

$2500 USD
Here it is... a fully loaded Transition Covert. I ordered this bike brand new from Drop N Zone (A local to Transition Bikes shop) before they were released. I went all the way with a great all mountain build. The bike features a tapered head tube with a Fox Float tapered front fork (not just an adapter but the steer tube actually is tapered), 150mm of travel. It also has the Hammerschmidt All Mountain crankset. Fox Float RP23 with BoostValve rear shock, the rear also has 150 mm of travel with a three way adjustable Pro Peddle. Other than those items it was a standard Transition Covert All Mountain build kit featuring X-9 rear deraillur, Avid Elixir CR brakes and Transition AM 32 wheels. Even now I can't think of many parts to upgrade though the bike is now a couple years old (delivered mid-July 2009). The shameful thing is I have barely ridden the bike. It has been to the trails of Snowshoe once for a muddy opening day in 2010, Boyne Highlands in Michigan for an afternoon and then less than 50 miles of assorted singletrack trail riding. The bike mechanically is in great shape, cosmetically it has a few scratches and rub marks on the beautiful metallic green paint but as expected for a mountain bike. The pictures provided were taken day 1 of assembly where it was pretty much 100% fresh and un-ridden, but it still looks great. I am selling to pick up a new road bike and a more XC focused mountain bike. Please feel free to ask any questions.
