POV: Danny MacAskill's Sunday Ride
Not in Scotland it isn't. It's only an issue if you're endangering the public. You could argue that with some of the tricks being near pedestrians, but half of them didn't even notice he was there.
I live in Glasgow where this was filmed, and I'd flip out if I was cutting through town and saw Danny riding a rail somewhere.
