Fucking wow. I sincerely hope he survives that and rides out of the hospital. And shame on the course designers for this. Absolutely avoidable, and they should be funding all of his medical expenses. I love the Urban Races, but fuck me. You have to take into consideration some kind of precautions when putting them on. DH is dangerous enough, on concrete it's lethal. Shame on you

Transition BottleRocket - DH Build
$800 USD2011 Transition BottleRocket - 26" - Small Frame. This was my first bike for DownHill. Used it for 3 seasons, Upgraded to a Gambler this year. Love to keep the bike but no use for it, little to heavy for my style of XC riding and I have to many bikes laying around. Frame is in solid shape, no dents or cracks. Paint is chipped from use on downtube/chain stays, and normal wear from shuttling. Headset and bottom bracket could use replacing. 2010 WC Fork was serviced late summer 2015, new set of 32 Boxxer seals are included with the bike. She needs a new owner. Avid Code 5 Brakes/Parts
$1 USDI have a bunch of Code5 parts. The metal finish brake set was NIB, and defective. The piston in the lever will not release, and it was out of warranty when I bought it. Never installed on the bike. Needless to say I scrapped them and went with a different brake setup. The black set is a rear that I pulled off my bike and seems to be functional. The white set was overhauled with new seals and hardware, and never installed. I also have another seals, hardware, new pads that I will throw in. I'm sure these can be serviced and brought back to life for a person that has time to deal with them. Buyer pays shipping. Make me an offer.
