This is a vintage 1977 Grand Sport Peugeot UE 8 touring bike in mint condition with spectacular extras. Everything on the bike is original and in perfect working order aside from the tires which are newer but of the same style as the originals; including Simplex drive train with flawless smooth shifting from stem shifters. All of the chrome work is in pristine condition and exceptionally shiny as is the blue finish on the body. The light system is in full working order. I have done very little work on this bike seeing as it had been sitting in a garage since the day it was bought. The bike was made in France and bought in Germany in 1977 then shipped to Canada where the owner road it very lightly for a short period of time; it then sat in his garage for 36 years. The only blemish is on the front fork as documented in the pictures; white paint that has rubbed onto the fork.
