Canfield Lithium V3 Review: Long Travel Without the Lethargy
Here is my take as someone that has ridden the tilt over the past year. It seems like ever third bike or so I buy something from one of the smaller unique companies. I landed on the Canfield this time after a demo in Moab. My conclusions are as follows: 1. I thought I would hate my life without a water bottle in the frame. I have adapted and it didn’t end up being a big deal. 2. The chain stays are very short on the tilt (425). You’re grateful for them on stuff like Moab. But when trails get fast and loose, it’s a little scary. They have increased the chain stays adequately on the v3. 3. I don’t think many people are arguing that the suspension isn’t awesome. 4. The paint is indestructible. Best in the biz. And head badge is awesome. 5. The seat tube is offensively long on a large. The only saving grace for this seat tube is the long insertion depth. The primary reason I went with this over a banshee. Overall it’s been a really fun bike from a good company. In my opinion if they had shortened the seat tube with the v3 I would have a hard time complaining about anything. Even still I have considered building up a v3 lithium with a -1 degree angleset in it. It makes geometry is almost identical to the last gen stumpy evo in the low/slack setting but with more travel, better suspension, and a steeper seat tube. Sounds just like what I wanted when I owned the stumpy evo.

Rockshox deluxe shock with meg neg

$100 USD
I have this rockshox deluxe 210 x 50 shock with a meg neg for sale. I bought it used for a build and never ended up using it. It does have some wear marks are the base of the shaft from cycling and is missing the air cap. I have the Meg neg and regular air canister. Would be a fine shock for someone looking for a functioning shock inexpensively that works well.

Canfield and oneup pedals

$60 USD
I have two sets of pedals. A set of oneup alloy pedals in black and a set of Canfield crampons in oil slick. The crampons are almost new. Been ridden 5 or 6 times. A few scratches but look nice overall. They look super sweet on my tilt with the blue linkage. The other set are a oneup alloy pedals. They have been ridden over a season infrequently. They have scratches but the pins are all straight and haven’t taken any hard impacts. 80 for the crampons 60 for the one ups

Roval traverse carbon wheels

$575 USD
I’ve had these wheels for a couple of years. They have been great. They ride well and are solid. I recently replaced the specialized hub with the new 350s. They are standard boost spacing with 6 bolt rotor and xd driver. I also have the shimano (not microspline) driver I can include. These wheel have been ridden infrequently over the last couple of years as they have been my wheels through residency and medical school. They’ve never been ridding super hard as I only weight 145. They have quite a few cosmetic knicks in them due to riding in a couple places with pebble gravel. Otherwise they spin true and would be a great, low maintenance set of wheels as opposed to a set of aluminum. Let me know if you have any questions

Rockshox pike ultimate

$400 USD
Rockshox pike ultimate with 2.1 charger damper and 140 mm of travel. Fork has very little ride time on it. It is in very good condition with the exception of a tiny knick in the stanchion. So small that I thought it was part of the sag measurements. Didn’t know it was there until I cleaned the fork for the sale. Otherwise it has never been crashed and has no scratches. A fork I would be happy to receive myself. It appears almost new. Other details are in the pictures. Buyer to pay fees and shipping.

Review: The Yeti SB165 Is Still a Pedalable Park Bike
After years of riding 29ers including the wreckoning and the new stumpy evo, I built a banshee rune for my brother in law. Let me tell you what, that bike is crazy good. 27.5 right? Who knew?! Huge enduro/free ride bike. Pedals amazing and is sooo much more fun than the bikes I’ve been riding. It cost 2800 bucks and I bet it’s every bit as good as this yeti. Their rear suspension is amazing. Just wish the seat tube was shorter. Mullet that thing out and you’d have yourself a good ol fashioned shootout.
