CeramicSpeed is Crowd Funding Its Driven Chainless Drivetrain
@larr: small gear boxes have just not been used in bikes but they have been around in heavy use things like power drills and kitchen mixers for many decades. When I can pedal and shift at the same time at the same price point as a derailleur setup I’ll be interested.

Opinion: I Love Internal Cable Routing, There I Said It
I’ve been riding for decades and external routing has literally been a problem a total of 0 times. Know what has been, having to take apart perfectly good brakes for zero reason just to take them off the bike. We don’t all have cushy pink bike jobs and time for that, or enough brake fluid or all the parts to a bleed kit I mean maybe in that pile over there but that’s a maybe. Also, where’s levy?

On-one parkwood single speed

$400 USD
Fun hardtail, it’s been used maybe five times in the last year so it’s time to let er go... it Probably needs a chain. 68HTA / 75 sta, super fun bike revelation forks work great, 120mm solo air, can range from 100 mm to 140 mm if you change the air shaft Wtb volt saddle Gx 11sp drivetrain set up as a single speed.(30t/18t) I have the gx 11 speed cassette but the single speed is on a shimano hub. You can have the cassette with the bike if it’s wanted, otherwise you’ll need an 11 sp shimano cassette Shimano mt-420 brakes very light, new 180/160 rotors On one chunky monkey up front Nevegal in the back You know bars and stems and stuff on there too Something like 26lbs, it’s a quick lil bugger Sweet plastic pedals

Bontrager Releases $350 Line Comp 30 Alloy Wheelset - Pond Beaver 2021
@mikekazimer: have there been changes? There have been a tone of failures, it’s an obvious issue, it’s not a secret to anyone. Would you or your staff care to comment on if there have been changes? Aren’t you guys the “journalists”?

Pinkbike Poll: What's Your Ideal Handlebar Width?
@gabriel-mission9: it’s a interesting thing to switch bar widths. I did the same thing but stuck with it for a bit and realized my entire riding style changed based on bar width. At first it felt horrible to go back and then after a little bit I was more loose and nimble and riding was more fun just not as fast.
