2018 Salsa Beargease Carbon SLX with upgrades! Size XL Very good to excellent condition Salsa Beargrease. Used for two winter seasons at Vermont's Kingdom trails and on the surrounding dirt roads. Fresh winter specific sealant in the Terrene Cake Eater 27.5x4" studded tires and a freshly cleaned chain and cassette with plenty of life left on both. As you can see in the photos, the entire bike was thoroughly cleaned. I've inspected and cleaned the brakes; the pads have more than 50% use remaining and the rotors have no ridges though they do show the bike was used in winter! Bottom bracket bearings are still very smooth and the headset has at least another season or two in it. Minimal blemishes include a chip near the rear derailleur hanger(shown in pictures) and some frame bag rub between the water bottle bosses on the seat tube(can't get a clear picture of it). This bike has been owned by a life-long bicycle mechanic and always maintained properly. I'm about 180lbs and am generally easy on my equipment. The bike has approximately 1500mi; the rear wheel, about 350. Great condition except for one decal, smooth bearings, round and true rims. Wheels were stock on a Salsa Cutthroat that was used mostly on gravel roads while these wheels were installed.
