Very rare frame and will almost certainly attract attention anywhere you take it!
The paint is good everywhere except for where the chain has took off the paint on the underside of the swinging arm. Could be touched up cheaply!

Heat treated dropouts, bottom bracket and head tube
Wide stays for tyre clearance
20.8" theoretical size is equal to a 20.6" and 21.2" theoretical size is equal to a 21"
13.25" chain stay with 3/4" of adjustment
74.5 degree head ange
69 degree seat angle
11.6" bottom bracket height
8.68" standover height
