Mountain Bike Ontario: Trailblazing Festival 2011

You are invited the inaugural Mountain Bike Ontario Festival: Trailblazing. The Festival will take place on Saturday July 16th, 2011. The goal of Trailblazing is to promote the sport of mountain biking in Ontario and raise awareness of Ontario’s diverse network of trail systems. We have designed this event to appeal to all mountain biking disciplines, all skill levels and to be family friendly.

- We are running the Kelso chairlifts
- The Silent Norco Down Hill Team are offering DH skills clinics
- Sacred Rides Skills sessions by pro instructors for beginner to advanced riders
- Joyride 150 Skillz Park for all levels, including mini skillz area for kids
- IMBA designed the pump track
- Guided rides for all levels, women's specific and kids
- Norco, Trek, KHS, Ellsworth, Niner, Devinci, Opus, Intense, Ellsworth, Cannondale, GT, Specialized and Rocky Mountain are providing bike demos.
- Contour GPS, Giant, Crank Brothers, POC and Lapierre are providing product tents.
- Free tune ups and bike fitting from GEARS
- Competitions for you to join in with great prizes
- $10k worth of prizes and swag!!!
- Creemore Springs Beer Garden for post ride refreshment
- Camping is available all weekend and we are hosting an MTB movie night Saturday and 60km IMBA Epic ride the next day (Sunday July 17th).
