Warranties - Who's Doing Them Right, & What Could Be Improved?
I think I've had to utilize a company's (bike related or otherwise) warranty once in my life and it went well, but it always bothered me that they pretty much all state that they cover manufacturing defects for only a certain amount of time. If it is truly a manufacturing defect why would you not stand behind it for however long?
