I have a 2012 Opus Oldie single speed/fixed(flip flop) that I've ridden a handful of times. It was originally intended as a commuter, but I never ended up using it. It's a cool bike that became an impulse buy, but I just didn't get on well with single speed. I would estimate that I've ridden it less than ten times. It has been stored indoors, on the main floor-- heat in the winter and a/c in the summer. The only thing I changed was the faux leather bar tape, opting instead for some of MEC's red bar tape. I also took off the faux leather top tube protector(attaches with Velcro), and I still have it. It still has both front and rear brakes installed. You can flip the rear wheel around and ride fixed, but I've never bothered trying. I like having gears, and it didn't take long to realize that. No reasonable offer will be refused. I'm moving on Tuesday and I won't have anywhere to store it for very long. This is a triple-butted chromoly frame, carbon seat post, etc. Not a budget fixie at all. The only weak component would be the tires.
