i made a mistake and assumed i ordered the correct size. i did install cleats for 5 mins before i found out the shoe is too small for me. this was done indoors on carpet. the shoes haven't been worn for more than 5mins, which was indoors. never touched a rough surface. there are visible marks where i had installed the cleats. but aside from that, the shoes are brand new.
i repurchased the same shoes in the correct size this time and they fit perfectly.
no cleats included. original box included.
