Opinion: Further Faster - Thoughts on the Coming E-Ride Revolution
In the United States, and probably most other countries, the majority of mountain biking is done on multi use non-motorized trails, not remote British Columbia sick gnar. Hikers already complain about mountain bikers. Mountain bikers strapping a motor to their drivetrains could potentially be the tipping point that results in a great deal of shut down trails. Anyone with even a modicum of foresight should realize this.
Enjoy it while you can. The E-bike apocalypse is in sight.
