Sorry about the late response (didn't know about reply's).
Yes it basically is, the Cannondale Badboy ultra was intended for both
road and MTB use, just swap the wheels and go.
I only use it for commuting. Got some new pics of it.

Haven't used it much, bad weather so I used my old Scalpel ;-)
