five tens high top size 9
$50 GBPwell these have been worn twice. once by my manager before he decided dh was not for him and once by me. my previous five ten's were a size 9. but they are so warn in my feet must have grown in to them. because new size 9's don't fit lol.
you can see from the pics these are brand new. best dh boots on the market. next to water proof. grip better than a clingy girlfriend!

$150 GBPi had this shock on the same bike as my lyrics. tbh it was the wrong shock. but i kinda got away with it :) i have now changed for an air shock that is the right size.
this shock works as it should. the tf sticker is non of my doing. im not advertising it as just serviced or anything. saying that it seems to go on for ever. no issues at all.
the pre pedal knob has been cut to a hexagon by the previous owner. i never use pro pedal personally. but it causes no problems.
preload works as it should.
weight of spring is unknown. i weigh 70kg. for my weight rider or heavier the spring will be fine. for a lighter rider you may need a lighter spring.

rockshox lyric 160mm 2step air
$230 GBPHere we have my 2007 rockshox lyric's. Have served me well but have now opted for a lighter slightly shorter travel fork.
Looking for about £250 posted. I welcome offers, but no trades required.
The steer tube is cut to 195mm.
Maxed is a 20mm thru.
As mentioned they are 160mm 2step air. So they can be slammed down to give you better up hill geometry.
the guy i bought them off said they had been upgraded to boxxer black box and all new internals. i can not vouch for this since i've never taken them apart. only owned them for 6months or so n never found the need.

well timyo. you couldn't be more wrong or more out of your place!!!!! james has not been living under a rock!!! it must be you who goes through life with there blinkers on!!!! i've lived here most my life and been using cann since 1999!!!! i know who the people are to thank for investing time into that place, thank you very much!!! fact of the matter is cann is not made out of concrete and does need CONSTANT renovation. i couldn't care less if u picked up a shovel once n moved a bit of dirt!!!!! i don't believe for a second u have! sorry dude ur just too young. iv'e been riding cann way longer than you've been in plymouth and i don't really know you! but anyways james is completely within his rights to say "if your promoting cann as a riding spot u should lend a hand in the up keep!!!! if you do have tools stashed up there, what is the point??? no work (other than work i've been there for) has been carried out in well over 6months in the cann woods area! if your are building out of the designated area this needs to stop NOW!!! as the local community ranger is loosing his shit over douch bags building outside the designated build area!!!!!!!!!

$150 GBPwell not much to say. if your looking at this im sure you know what your looking at.
the shock is so nr new you may as well call it new. it's had about 2weeks use!!! i bought it to try it out but to be honest. but i bought the wrong one! it was more an experiment anyways! but really i need a 200x50mm. this shock allows my rear tire to rub the hell out of my frame :( not what i want!!!
the shock has a small scuff on the top of the barrel. its pictured. but so so small it's hardly worth bringing up. everything else is mint. literally 2 weeks use. the piston is pristine. shock works as it should.
£10 postage on this one. open to offers on the price.
after a 200x50mm dhx 5 spring shock if you want to trade :)
