Sam Pilgrim on Haibike?
@WAKIdesigns: Handdown Sam. Hai-bike is purgatory. I bet..in 3 months a new Sam will reemerge - humble - saved by Spec, god of department store bicyclettes.

KMC X11EPT ECO ProteQ Chain - Review
@atrokz: Correct. One of my ancient bikes had a chain running through an oilbath. The chain would run in a case...back to front. Chainwheel and cog always aligned. Both pressed tin. Lasts a lifetime. 100 years plus. Today's bike chains and tooth are not. The bearings essentially run dry, lacking oilspeed and oilpressure and particle embedding bearing surfaces. Running the chain through a small device with brushes and gravity fed oiler attached to frame could extend the life of the three components significantly. I would buy.

Yamaha to Launch Their Own eMTB Lineup
@Intensevp: Yamaha sells Motorbikes. They want to sell you stuff. They dont give a ratsass about access neither do they have the leverage to do something about it. A corp is never genuine. But I would buy a superlight electric street bike built with good dh components.THATS where the gold is and thats where Yamaha lacks total conceptuality and the parts shelves. They know how to bend and weld waterpipe and make cheap plastic covers in blue an white. Yamahas engine engineering, which is very advanced, is not involved.

Solving the Dropper Post Dilemma
Making a dropper post mandatory on your new frame is a secret pricehike and adds planned obsolesence to your frame . Thats what this is for. A marketing ploy.

Magura HC3 Adjustable Brake Lever - Review
So you adjust to perfection. On the next dh your brake heats up, go mushy and your lever hits the bar. No brake. Not sure that is a good thing.

Building Bikes in Asia - An Inside Look
@WAKIdesigns: Its subpar carbon. Cheap russian or chinese prepregs. Definitely not aerospace stuff and handlaid mats instead of precision spun and woven around a core. It takes the same amount of time to make an alu frame: 2-3h. Alu Jigs are cheap, carbon moulds in Vietnam too. Basically crap and nowhere near as good as it should be. Thats why I stay with alu.

Building Bikes in Asia - An Inside Look
Nope. Not buying a generic taiwan bike. Staying with Foes. Journalists, Ex-Bikers, Marketeers are notorious for building blingy shortlived crap. Staying with a fabricator/engineer with extreme knowledge in frame building and decades of suspension design.

Randoms - Eurobike Media Days 2017
The Ridley design is just spot on. This look will define light use bikes for the next decade. Please make a lwb with 26 wheels and 65 HA, am 5.7 and 29 not working for me. Nicolai: machining a huge block of alu bar. Sweet. Even if its two piece and welded after. KTM t... nooooo!?
