Robot Bike Co R160 - First Look
Agree. A Veyron is 2 Golfs and as such it has no spark of intelligence built in. This however is taking manufacturing and customability to something disruptive and it looks very good. So yes the price is right and compared to massproduced full carbon frames - where the tube joining is always weak - lugs are great idea. Would I buy? Yes..but. I want single pivot rear end like on my Foes. Otherwise 61 d headangle, low bb, long toptube and long rear end. Reminds me of my 1990 Reflex - Heavy lugs with carbon tubes glued in with a sort of silicon like substance. This is way better.

Canyon Sender - First Ride
Canyon has marketeers and no engineers. This is a catalog bike with catalog parts and made to perform well in the points scheme of German bike mag tests which live off the ads of just five direct sellers. Those direct sellers bikes always are completely interchangeable and I think they rigg the game. It only excels at being very average and the bling is covering up the fact that its crap. Reselling direct sales bike - nobody wants them - is though and in the end - whatever you thought you saved in the beginning - you loose double.

Fuji Rakan 1.3 - Review
If it looks like a pig...most likely it's a pig. Behind the curve. Never been impressed by Fuji. This is a citybike.

e*thirteen TRS Race Carbon Wheels - Review
Just got me Basset racing Indy car rims for my toy Cobra. 350 $ for a set of really wide wheels. 4 superwide Mickey Thompson tires 900 $. Maintaining a supercar is cheaper than biking. Dam - I do both....

Pinkbike Awards 2015: Innovation of the Year - Winner
Electronic dampening does not work on cars why should it work on bikes? Analog Viper eats a digital 918 by 2secs every lap.

Jamis Defcon 1 - Review
Crooked and wobbly frame, wheels with the structural integrity of wet wonderbread. Jamis just needs to go away.

Inside Canyon Bikes
German mail order corps turn catalog frames into gory bling bikes optimized for the special breed of german mag-score-counters. Resale value is catastrophic and fades faster than anodizing. It seems they have discovered pinkbike as their new marketing channel. Heute Deutschland...morgen die ganze Welt! Lets hope it puts "Bike" mag out of business.

Syncros XR1.0 Carbon 29” Wheels - Review
Syncros. Nondescript pattern parts for OEM that look for logo parts that wont overshine their own nondescrpit bike Brand. Large niche, though.

Michelin Talks Tires
Full Dh tire and tubes. Flimsy tires ruin the day. Not enough travel puts strain on tires.
